Can you make cupcakes from cake batter? I have a muffin pan I can use!?

What exactly are the directions?

    Yes you can. Mix the batter as you would normally and then fill your greased muffin cups 2/3 way full with batter. Cupcakes usually bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. I would check them at 20 minutes. If you are baking with a box cake mix generally the box has cooking times and directions for cupcakes.

    yes! just test for doneness 5 minutes before you would cooking a cake, cause they are smaller and cook faster than what a cake would.

    ys you can, use cupcake liners, pour batter about halfway up, bake as directed

    yes just don’t fill up each hole all the way, about half full and stick ‘em in the oven for the same time as the cake would be in there.

    Yes you can, Just mix the cake mix like you normally would and put muffin papers in the muffin tin and bake til done. usually when a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. This is how I make all my cupcakes!

    Just follow the directions from the recipe, except bake the cupcakes about 15 min. depending on the thickness of the batter.

    There should be direction on how to make cupcakes with the cake recipe. If not, it’s best to use cupcake paper liners filled about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at same temp as cake but for shorter time. Test with toothpick after 15 minutes or so and every couple of minutes after that til the toothpick comes out clean. Good luck!
