Wow, thank you Kate, for sharing this, i’m going to give it a go, All our muffins have our home-grown bananas as a base. Lately we’ve been soaking sultanas in some white wine we were given over night. There’ve been great in the muffins. I’ll probly add some to this recipe. Thanks again. Take care. cheers.

    Just a few little pointers:

-Try to avoid the constant slow zooming in and out of images and video clips when they don’t need to be used. it irritates the veiwer.

-Tell the veiwer what they will need at the beginning of the video if they are using it as a guide.

-Try to keep all of the site advertising and that sort of stuff to the end of the video.

-Try to sound enthusiastic when recording your video commentary otherwise the veiwer becoms bored of the same constant muffled voice.

Also just a sidenote, i suggest brushing up on basic OHS standards for cooking and preparing food so you don’t get the veiwer into any possibly harmful cooking habits.

e.g. Breaking the eggshell with the back of a Chefs Knife and then emptying the Yolk and whites into a small bowl and then adding it to the main mix for each egg you have. this is so you don’t ruin the entire mix with one bad egg.
