This is an Econo Challenge special request. In 1999, during our Evergreen Ridge hike, RandyHood surprised everyone by baking banana nut muffins. Not in a boil bag or zippy container, but in an oven made from mud and rock. It earned him the title of Camp Craft Champion and also his nick name RandyHood.
