How would I adjust the temperature & time, baking blueberry muffins in a JUMBO muffin pan? Can I just use my regular recipe or will I have to adjust ingredients as well? For "regular" (medium) muffin tin, the instructions are 20-25 minutes at 400 (F).

Thank Rli – if I just go with your temp of 350, how long should I bake? I haven’t used this recipe in a long time and don’t recall if I had problems with 400 or not…

I’m making blueberry muffins. We do not have a muffin pan, its a long story. We have a 13×9 pan and other pans. Is it okay to use a pan such as a 13×9 to make the blueberry muffins in? And do I still cook them at the same temperature?
