Beginning Cooks Chocolate Chip Muffins
I show you how to make some pretty tasty chocolate chip muffins. Quick, easy and fresh tasting these are worth the time if you have half an hour to spare.
Cooking with CG – Chocolate Muffins
These week’s recipe is simple and super easy to make… Chocolate Muffins! Makes 21 muffins You will need: 3 eggs 2 tablespoons of cocoa 3 tablespoons of melted butter 1 cup of sugar 1 of self-raising flour 4 tablespoons of boiling water A tablespoon A bowl And a mixer-thingy How to make it: – Beat the eggs and t he sugar together. (Make sure you wash your hands and the eggs before you start) – Add SR flour, melted butter, cocoa and the boiling water in. Mix it again! – Spoon into muffin trays… maybe three quarters full (I know I didn’t say that, but it will work out better) – Put into the oven, 200 degrees C for half an hour.
