I want to place blueberry muffin batter in a loaf pan to make a muffin loaf so I can slice it like pound cake, would that work? Is there anything special ii have to do? Would it still give you the experience of a good muffin? lol.

i have a recipe for pound cake that uses a loaf pan. can i use a muffin pan? and put frozen strawberries in center as a surprise? its for my BFs birthday.
