I want to try and make cupcakes for christmas but my mom wont buy me a muffin pan

I have 2 muffin tins that I want to make something in, but I’m lost on idea’s.

I know of a recipe for meatloaf in a muffin pan, but I’m thinking of something else.

Maybe mini biscuits or quiches?

Any idea’s or recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
