I have 2 muffin tins that I want to make something in, but I’m lost on idea’s.

I know of a recipe for meatloaf in a muffin pan, but I’m thinking of something else.

Maybe mini biscuits or quiches?

What about grocery stores? I need to go to ralphs anyway to get sprinkles for funfetti mini cupcakes. I’ve always seen muffin tins and cups but I don’t know about mini..
