It doesn’t matter what I bake they always cook normal on top then and are too dark/burned on the bottom.

How can I fix this!?
No. The pan isn’t old…and it is non-stick teflon.

Hi. I am wanting to make muffins, but don’t know if I have a nonstick pan (I know how hard it is to get sprays like Pam off of them). Does anyone know how I can tell if they are non-stick/Teflon coated? They are darker in coloration (not from cooking) and have a slick, sort of "silky" texture to them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! =)
